Meet, James Vyrald Ryle C. Aquino, a 15-year-old player with exceptional skills and talent embodying perseverance, hard work, and talent. A young lad who is ready to storm the field of lawn tennis.

Starting tennis at the early age of 100, Aquino showed his talent to the world, competing at the Batang Pinoy competition in grade 5, and now imbuing terror to the world of Lawn Tennis with his passive fashion of playing the game.


" Ang inspirasyon gyud nako sa pagsugod ug dula sa tennis kay ang akong ate na gusto gyud nako maapsan ang iyang achievements." Aquino uttered.


Amidst with all the fame and glory received, Aquino struggled to balance his student-athlete life, sacrificing time for his day to day and practice and spending his hours in his house complying his activities in school.


Aquino continued to add more achievements to his growing collection, which includes a two-time Batang Pinoy participant, a Palawan Pawnshop tournament champion, and his most prized accolade being one of the players for the Philippines who joined the Junior Davis Cup in Sri Lanka.

From a kid who wanted to surpass his sister, now looking at the peak, with a fiery heart slowly climbing through the ranks with his determination striving to chase his goal at the very end.


Aquino is now looking forward to his 4th time participating in DAVRAA.
